The 3rd edition of the annual Lagos Book Walk organized by the Network of Book Clubs and Reading Culture Promoters in Nigeria, NBRP and partners took place on March 6.
It was held at Ikorodu in Lagos State and featured, among others, a street reading promotions carnival, a books appreciation session for school age children and the distribution of flyers and books to members of the community.
The annual Lagos Book Walk is held in the first week of March every year to coincide with World Book Day. Previous editions have been held in Ikeja and Ikoyi/Lagos Island. The 2026 edition is scheduled to take place in Badagry.
